FirstCoo ships its products to almost all parts of Pakistan where applicable. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at FirstCoo. If you are placing your order through our call Centre, the order taker will mention the shipping charges. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile. Below are some more shipping related points:
Shipping Charges: We provide Free Shipping on all Orders of Rs.1500/- or more. For Orders below Rs.1500, shipping charges of Rs.150 will apply. These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 2 to 3 business days of placing the order (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
Shipping Address: Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroietc): You will get the final price during check out. You need not pay anything extra.
International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside Pakistan.
Track Your Order: You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
Tampered Packaging: If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately log onto Submit Ticket, or write an e-mail to email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Non-availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the FirstCoo. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may log on to Submit Ticket, or write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number.
